Arrival at 9.30am

Seminar starts from 10am and ends at 3pm then exit by 3.30pm

Seminars are an opportunity to have collaborative discussions about the topic covered in the lecture, debate viewpoints with peers and ask any questions

  • 10am-3pm: Stall Fairs from the Sponsors
  • 12:00pm-1:00pm: Cold finger buffet
  • 1:15pm-2:15pm: Making TV Documentary - 100 years of Deaflympics
  • 2.30pm-3.30pm: Review of Deaflympics 2025 in Japan

Stall Fairs 

DSPY invites businesses, charities, organisations to have Stall Fairs at Millennium Point, Curzon St, Birmingham, B4 7XG from 10am till 3pm on Saturday 28th November 2026.

  • Costs - £30 per stall all day including Cold Finger Buffet during lunchtime.

NOTE – If you are one of our sponsor(s) for DSPY2026 Awards then your stall will be free of charge.

  • Please arrive around 9am on Saturday 28th November 2026 to set up your stall.
  • Any queries regarding the stalls or request for stall application form, please contact [email protected]

Payment for stalls: Upon receiving your application, we will be in touch with payment instructions to be sent to you to secure your stall as we operate as first come first serve policy. We are unable to refund if you change your mind. Failing to pay in full you will forfeit your place.

  • Millennium Point is a fully cashless. No cash is accepted for any purchase made within the venue and its surrounding campus for DSPY2026 Awards Night.
